Annual Dues
Association dues are used to pay
for grass cutting, park & berm maintenance, snow plowing, equipment
replacement, insurance and legal services.
Association by-laws allow for an annual 5% increase in association dues.
This year's homeowners' association dues are $88.
Bills will be mailed December 1, 2011.
Dues are payable without penalty until January 31, 2012.
Late dues (after January 31, 2012) are $93.28.
A 6% per annum interest is charged for unpaid dues and a lien may be placed on the homeowner's property if not paid.
