One highlight of this year’s reunion was the quilt made by Iris Morris.

The tank destroyer emblem was quilted in the center.

The large orange and black quilt included the names of battalion members.

All hotel facilities were beautiful.  Here we see the restaurant dining area.

The hospitality room was a lively place with lots of friendly conversation.

Jewel Rawlins helps himself at the hospitality table.

Glenda Millar and Susie Pidsosny take their turn hosting the hospitality table.

The picnic had to be moved indoors when the storm clouds rolled into downtown Tarpon Springs.

Tarpon Springs is known for its sponge diving.  Here is a marble plaque dedicated to the founder of Tarpon Springs’ sponge diving industry.

Tarpon Springs includes a large Greek community.  Here a Greek pastry shop invites us.

This fish was caught by

Rick Pidsosny.

Just kidding.  This fake fish is for fooling friends when you go home.

This beautiful ceramic tile mosaic reminds tourists of Tarpon Springs’ sponge diving heritage.
