Engineering Section Supervisor:  Supervised a 4-man design team.  Responsible for developing Electronic Instrument Cluster proposals competing against European instrumentation suppliers for sourcing by Ford's European Automotive Operation.  Responsibilities included fabrication of prototype demonstration properties, establishing and performing within estimated engineering budgets, as well as preparing and giving management presentations describing the division's technical capabilities and design proposals.
